After surgery, it is important to be careful. You can hire health assistant who can help you in your daily needs. Skilled and professional caregiver will be the one who will aid you in your everyday activities. Here are the things that you must avoid after surgery:
• Movement must be strictly watched. After surgery it is needed to be careful with you movements. Avoid climbing stairs, bending your waist or any repetitive movements. This can cause internal bleeding. You are also prohibited to carry or lift heavy things and equipment. Avoid scrubbing the floor and cleaning your house. You are also not allowed to do laundry. Leave these things to your house member and take a rest until you are totally cured.
• Exercise is needed by your body. However, after your surgery it is not allowed to perform exercise like running, swimming, jumping and biking. You can do these exercises after you get cured and feel well. It is very important to take care of your body after surgery.
